All properties are equipped with internal or external meters, accessible and verifiable by guests. Additional electricity consumption is charged at €0.35/kWh.This house is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas. There is no separate heating system, although all AC units include a heat pump.The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person, per night of stay (including 10% VAT).
