House:
The exterior area of this property is very beautiful. It's surrounded by the landscape of the fields and the mountains. You can cook a delicious BBQ outdoors and enjoy it at the hurdle roofed terrace, cool down in the private chlorine pool -that sizes 10 x 5 metres and is 2 metres deep- or simply relax at the garden or on one of the sunbeds. The property is full of greenery around and you'll also find fruit trees like almond or orange trees. It offers total privacy. The two-storey house offers a charming traditional but modern atmosphere. You can rest or enjoy a reading in the air-conditioned living room which is equipped with satellite TV. Behind a great arch you'll find the dining area with a great table for 8 people and with access to the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. There's a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house features 3 bedrooms, all with closet and AC, and all of them located on the 1st floor. One has a double bed and the other 2 have twin beds. A cot and a high chair are available. Finally, there is a bathroom with a bath on the main floor and another with a shower upstairs. The house is only 3.7 km away from sa Pobla where you'll find all you need for an independent stay like supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc. The paradisaical beaches of Puerto de Alcudia, ses Casetes des Capellans or Can Picafort are only a 20 minutes drive away. The property was simply marvelous, The pool and the villa were amazing, with pleasant views at the back, and mountain views at the front, The presence of fruit trees in the garden was a bonus, It was immaculate and serene, Would definitely revisit!!

Die Anlage war wunderschön und im herrlichen mallorquinischen Stil, Der Garten und Pool waren fantastisch und das gesamte Anwesen war ein Traum, Die Lage war mit dem Auto sehr günstig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten lagen 5-10 min entfernt, Die Besitzer waren sehr nett, auch wenn die Eltern nur Spanisch sprachen,,, bei Problemen wurde uns sofort geholfen,
