Description
Finca Can Llop, our holiday home or chalet is located in the hinterland of the large sandy beach Es Trenc. Holidays and relaxation await you on a genuine Mallorcan finca. In the middle of the land of windmills near Santanyi. Rural, secluded, extremely quiet and yet close to the town. Tarmac driveway and unique panoramic views. With only 4 kilometres distance you are in Campos in no time ... Here you will find all the supermarkets you need for your shopping. There is a large weekly market on Saturdays. Or visit the popular Saturday market in Santanyi with its many handicraft and art stalls in Mallorcan style.
Our house is fully equipped, modern and of high quality. The large eat-in kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking and leaves nothing to be desired. Coffee machine (nespresso), washing machine, dishwasher, American fridge and microwave are of course part of the equipment. There are 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms with shower. All bedrooms and the living area are equipped with ceiling fans. All bedrooms have fly screens. There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms and in the kitchen/living room.
There are several shaded terrace areas and a lounge where you can retreat.
The equipment also includes WiFi with 300M/bit fibre optics - ultra-fast and suitable for home office. SAT-SmartTV and stereo system with Bluetooth.
The house is sustainably supplied with 100% solar power.
On site there is personal support from our house manager, who is available for all questions and concerns.

The large pool can be surrounded by a child-proof fence (GS and TÜV tested) on request, which does not allow children free access. The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with palm trees, olives, lavender, herbs and citrus trees. There is also a boules/petanque area in the garden.
Fantastic sunsets and tranquillity for relaxation guaranteed. Spacious outdoor lounge by the pool to chill out. Hammock. WiFi throughout the property. 2 city bikes (7 gears) are available for free use.
In the middle of the countryside, surrounded by flocks of sheep and grain fields. Far away from any hustle and bustle. The nearest neighbours are 300m away. Approx. 3km to Campos, where there are all shopping facilities. Only 10 minutes to the famous Es Trenc beach. In the middle of the countryside a paradise for cyclists.
As usual in the country, our house also has a cat - he adopted us in 2022. Our guests have named him Juan Carlos. He lives outside, is regularly vaccinated and we ask you to feed him once a day (at our expense). In return, he keeps 'his territory' free of all kinds of unwanted guests and other strays.
