This house is located in a quiet area in the south of Mallorca, between the towns of Campos and Santanyí, where you will find all services: restaurants, supermarkets, banks, petrol stations, etc., up to some of the best beaches on the island, Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita and Sa Colònia, which are just 16 minutes away by car.

The country house is furnished with good taste and offers sufficient space for 8 people in 250 m² of living space.
There are 4 bedrooms (2 x double bed, 2x2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms, 1 with shower and 2 with bathtub. In winter, central heating can be used.
The house has a cosy living-dining room with satellite TV + WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen.

In the outdoor area, you can cool off in the large 10x5 m swimming pool and relax on the comfortable sun loungers. On the covered terrace, there is another dining table with seating for 8 people. From here, you have fantastic views of the pool and the beautiful garden. There is also an outdoor barbecue.

IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)
- A refundable deposit will be charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.
