Description

The holiday home Sitjoles is located between Campos and Sa Rapita, on an enclosed plot of approx. 2500 m2 in the neighbourhood of a few other houses and has a lovingly landscaped garden. It is approx. 75 km to Campos with shopping facilities and restaurants. The popular and well-known white sandy beach Es Trenc is about 10 km away. The island's capital Palma de Mallorca with its many sights can be reached in approx. 30 minutes by car. Numerous tall palm trees, large lawns and lush, colourful flower beds adorn the garden area, where several peacocks roam freely. The owner keeps pigeons in a bird house. In front of the house is a terrace with a pergola overhung by bougainvillea. There is a dining area and a barbecue for culinary delights. To the side is another covered terrace. The large pool (11 m x 6 m, min. depth 1 m, max. depth 2 m) offers refreshment and while sunbathing on the adjoining terrace you will be captivated by the enchanting scent of the local flowers. The house is partly furnished in a romantic Mallorcan style, while more recent styles, such as natural walls, create a cosy atmosphere and the bathrooms are of course modern. On the ground floor there is a living room with a seating area and open fireplace, which can be used on cooler evenings. A step leads to the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a dining room and three bedrooms, two of which have double beds and the third has two single beds. There is also a full bathroom and a shower room. One of the bedrooms has access to the beautiful garden. The upper floor of the house is not in use.
