The complex consists of 7 apartments; therefore, the outside spaces are communal. There is a chlorinated pool of 11 x 5.5 m with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.10 m, a solarium with 14 deck-chairs, a large terrace, a small playground, large gardens, a fixed barbecue and a fully equipped porch. The establishment has a small private terrace equipped with a table and chairs. This 40 m2, one storey house has one double bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A cot and a high chair are available on request. The kitchen and the living-dining room share the same space. The living-dining room is equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, satellite TV, a dining table with chairs, and air conditioning. The fully-equipped kitchen has a glass-ceramic hob. The home is just 6 km from Sa Ràpita, where you can find all possible services: supermarkets, medical centre, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, shops, etc.Within a 10-minute drive you can reach the white sandy beach of Es Trenc, a natural jewel of the Balearics.
