This cosy agroturismo is the perfect place to enjoy the tranquillity of the Mallorcan countryside and the authenticity of rural life. The property has access to a communal chlorine pool, measuring 3m x 8m and with a depth of between 1.1m and 1.9m, ideal for cooling off on warmer days. Around it, six comfortable sun loungers allow you to relax in the sun while enjoying the natural surroundings. In addition, the private porch is perfect for organising outdoor dinners and sharing special moments. The house is set on an active farm with cows and open spaces, offering an authentic experience in the heart of nature. Inside, the single-storey house combines rustic style with a cosy atmosphere. The living/dining room has air conditioning in the loft, satellite TV and is open plan with the kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need for comfortable cooking, including induction cooker. For added convenience, there is also a separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The sleeping area offers two bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe, and a full bathroom with bathtub serves the entire flat. It is the ideal place for those who are looking for relaxation, nature and a closer look at life in a Mallorcan agrotourism. The house is only a few kilometres away from the village of Ses Salinas, where you can find everything you need during your holidays. The white sandy beach of Es Trenc, a natural jewel of the Balearic Islands, can be reached in 10 minutes by car. In the surrounding area you will find many more beaches and coves with crystal clear waters, including Ses Covetes, Playa des Carbó and Colonia de Sant Jordi. The island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, is a 30-minute drive away, where you can visit the cathedral La Seu, the Bellver castle, the Baluard museum or go shopping. The fireplace cannot be used. There are cows in the area as there is a cheese factory. The house is situated next to a road; it is possible to hear the street. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 6 cars. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice.
