Decorated with a classic and colonial style, the chalet enjoys high quality finishes and peaceful exteriors. On the front terrace, there is a chill out area, with a sofa and armchairs perfect for reading or relaxing. On the back terrace, with a small porch area, you will find a table with 6 chairs, perfect for breakfasts and summer dinners as there is also barbecue. The accommodation has two entrances; the first one is the main entrance through which you have access to the living room, while the second one is the rear entrance, through which you can access to the kitchen and the terrace. The living-dining room then is on the ground floor, equipped with a chimney and satellite TV with both Spanish and German channels. Furthermore, there are a toilet and the kitchen, this last is completely equipped with everything necessary so that you are able to cook at ease during your stay: toaster, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee-maker, electric oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer, utensils and much more. The house also provides you with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the first floor, there are 3 dormitories and 2 bathrooms, one is an en-suite with bathtub and the other is at the corridor with shower, and there are terraces on both sides. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, A/C and the en-suite bathroom. The second one has a bunk bed and third one has two single beds. Son Bauló is a qualified area for going hiking, nordic walking, horse riding, cycling, fishing, diving and, in addition to this, it is in the nearby to the wonderful natural park known as S’Albufera for bird watching, as well as the outlet of Son Bauló torrent. Prehistoric sites such as the Necropolis of Son Real or the visit of the public estate of Son Real, make your vacation an idyllic place. There are all kinds of services, supermarkets, banks, medical center, restaurants, cafes, nightclubs and souvenirs that can be easily accessed on foot.
