Description

The house, with a surface area of 450 m2 and capacity for up to 10 people, has an extraordinary interior that has been carefully restored with the original features of the estate such as natural stone wall cladding, tiled floors, terracotta tiles and a large number of beams consisting of oak wood, which provide a cosy and natural atmosphere. At the same time, on this level of the house you will find a double bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. The interior of the house can be reached through the main entrance, which consists of a solid oak door, which leads you to a round shaped entrance. From there you can go to where you will find a lovely wooden table with a seating for 10 people in a dining area. The fully equipped modern kitchen with its large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and much more, is an eye candy for everyone. From there, you also enter the outside, where there are terraces and a barbecue. You can relax on the sofas in the living room of the house, equipped with satellite TV, DVD, fireplace and outdoor access. The exterior of the finca Porrassar has a large garden with lawn, private swimming pool with a size of 5,50 mx 11 m, terraces, sun loungers and parasols. Next to the pool is combined with a spacious covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and all other amenities such as fridge / freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, with a work area, satellite TV, DVD and stereo. Finca Es Porrassar is located near Cas Concos, a quiet village in the southwest of Mallorca, with 450 inhabitants, where it managed to keep its typical Majorcan atmosphere, but at the same time, offer a modern service, with its famous restaurants and shops. The most beautiful beaches of the south of the island such as Si Trenc, Ses Covetes or S'Amarador Mondragó are only 7 km away. For golf lovers there are golf clubs such as Vall d'Or or Son Antem only 15 minutes away by car. The capital Palma de Mallorca and the airport are situated at a distance of about 50 km. The first floor can easily be reached via a staircase in the entrance area, another living area with satellite TV. On this floor there are also 4 double bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms.
