Holiday home for rent in Cas Concos, Mallorca, 5 km from the charming little town of Cas Concos. Here you will find a few small shops, a bakery and several cafés and restaurants. The lively tourist resort of Cala D'Or, with several sandy coves, an endless variety of restaurants and the exclusive yacht harbour can be reached in 25 minutes by car. The town of Santanyi, with a variety of shops, galleries and restaurants, is approx. 10 minutes away by car. A large, colourful weekly market is held here every Saturday and Wednesday morning.beautiful finca with 4 bedrooms, private pool and well-equipped covered terrace. Very quiet, rural location; ideal for relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside. The entrance on the right leads to a large open-plan kitchen with a long dining table and adjoining living area with access to the terrace and pool. From the kitchen, a utility room leads to a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds and en-suite shower room. To the left of the entrance are 2 further bedrooms, also with 2 single beds each, which share a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. The last bedroom with double bed has an en-suite shower room, the shower has a hydro-massage. The long, covered terrace with dining area and chill-out seating area is the ideal place for long meals and cosy get-togethers. The 10 x 5 metre infinity pool invites you to take a dip. A brick-built outdoor barbecue is available. The price includes bed linen, towels for use in the house, tea towels, final cleaning and all additional costs (electricity, water, gas), and a first high chair and a first cot (60 x 120 cm) can be provided free of charge. NOTE: There is no intermediate cleaning and no change of bed linen/towels during the stay.
