Cosy Mallorcan farmhouse in Cas Concos
Located near the village and 20 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches in the south of Mallorca.
Capacity for 8 people.
On the ground floor, there is a large and spacious reception area, dining room and fully equipped independent kitchen. There is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor are the other three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. Two bathrooms with bathtubs each.
The entire accommodation is air-conditioned.
On each floor, there is a terrace with impressive views.
Without a doubt, they will enjoy themselves most in the outdoor areas of the house. There is a large garden area, and at the back, there is a barbecue area to enjoy pleasant meals in the company of family and friends, there is also a large swimming pool and sun loungers to relax on.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)
- A refundable deposit will be charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for pool maintenance.
