House:
It is a 2-storey house. Downstairs you will find a big kitchen with everything you need to cook your favorite dishes, a laundry room, one bedroom with double bed and built-in closet, and a shower room. As well as that, there is a living-dining room with a table and chairs for all guests, satellite TV, sound equipment and WIFI. On the first floor you will find three double bedrooms with built-in closet. There is one with a double bed and two with twin beds. There is a bathroom as well. From upstairs you will have access to two different terraces where you will be able to relax having a drink or sunbathing. The whole house is very well furnished and has AC warm/cold so you can have a pleasant holiday all year around. The outdoor is really nice as well. There is a porch just at the entrance and a terrace area on the side and the back with a little lawn area. There is an outdoor shower that you can use as soon as you come back from the beach. Finally, the barbeque will make this place your favorite one to spend most of your time, as you can organize long summer dinners with your friends and family. The house is located 300 meters from the beach. Colònia de Sant Pere is a lovely fishermen village in the east shore of Badia d’Alcúdia. In this town you will be able to find everything you might need during your holiday: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, little shops, a Sailing Club, ATM and a pharmacy. Colònia de Sant Pere is a traditional coast town: a little church right in the centre of town and a lovely promenade where you will be able to stroll while you see the sun going down behind the mountains. Near Colònia de Sant Pere you will find very nice and interesting places very accessible by car: the beach Sa Cánova, the cove Betlem, the necropolis of Son Real and the towns of Artà and Capdepera. Without doubt, this quiet town is the best place to have a relaxing holiday! Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
