Luxury holiday home with pool, sea view, and garden for exclusive use in a quiet residential area that offers all the amenities you can imagine, such as high speed WiFi, two Playstation consoles (2 and 3), 75" TV with Astra satellite and Netflix, stereo, sports area, electric window blinds, etc. It has a large terrace facing the sea, where there is the pool with spa area, 6 sun loungers, and outdoor terrace furniture, a dining table for 6 people, a barbecue and a sports area with ping-pong table and basketball court as well as a garden with lawn. Additional terraces around the house, partly with sea view offer enough space for recreation and relaxation. The parking and a well-kept garden leads to the upper floor of the house, where there is a large kitchen that is fully equipped with a dishwasher, wine cellar and American fridge and dining area. Especially noteworthy is the ample view of the Atlantic, the entire coast and the mountains. From there, you also have access to a small terrace with sea views. On the same floor there is a living room with Playstation 2, a double bedroom with sea view and 1.35 m bed, a bedroom with sea views with a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 m), another bedroom with a sofa bed (1.40 m) and a bedroom with bunk beds, a full bathroom with shower and a toilet. Through an internal staircase you access the ground floor, where there is a large living-dining room with a small auxiliary kitchen, the master bedroom (1.50m bed) with access to the pool area and a huge bathroom equipped with a double bathtub and spacious shower with hydromassage jet. An ideal home for individual travelers who want to spend their holidays away from mass tourism, without having to give up any kind of luxury. Especially recommended for trips in family or in small groups.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.
