Description
Villa Benvingut is a 3 bedroomed villa built in local stone. It is set within an extensive and private garden, beautifully kept and designed, perfect for outdoor living under the Mallorcan sun. It is located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa.
The interior of the villa is set over one floor. The modern and spacious kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances a breakfast table and chairs and has large patio doors leading out to the covered side terrace as well as a further door opening onto the covered front porch which is separated in two Ambiental areas. An outdoor dining area and a comfortable chill- out area complete with white wicker sofas. Between the kitchen and Living room is a separate dining room with a large natural wooden table and chairs. Through the next stone archway, is the living room, with its typical wooden Mallorquin beams, with neutral light-coloured sofas and wooden furniture, a TV/sat, a DVD and WIFI. Again, there is direct access an exterior covered porch with an artisanal table/bench and puffs. A hallway leads to the master bedroom, with a wrought iron double bed, ceiling fan and en-suite shower room. This bedroom also has direct access to the swimming pool area. The same hallway also leads to two twin bedrooms one of these has an en-suite shower room. The villa has a further family shower room.
The swimming pool of Benvingut is a true delight with its unique shape and wide Roman steps allowing easy access (please note that there is a drop between shallow and deep end of the pool) Its surrounding wood decking hosts lovely wooden sun lounges and a parasol, also there is a Balinese bed at the side of the pool, a true sun lovers paradise. In addition to the gardens (enclosed, beautifully planted with shrubs and local flowers), there are open and covered terraces all around the villa with a billiard table and a stone barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining and chilling out when the sun goes down.
