The house is located in Font de sa Cala, a very quiet residential area where locals spend the summer.

In front of the house there is a public green area which gives direct access, through a beautiful pine forest, to an almost undiscovered cove where you can enjoy the crystal clear waters that characterize Font de sa Cala.

Should you prefer a sandy beach, a few meters from the house you will find the beach of Font de Sa Cala or N'Aladern.


The house was built in the 60s, when it began to establish the urbanization Font de sa Cala during the tourist boom. In subsequent reforms that took place in the house, it was always tried to preserve the special nature of the house, keeping the original materials and superb orientation.

The living room on the lower floor is the heart of this home. An open space where the other dependencies concur and, thanks to its large windows and perfect orientation, enjoys plenty of natural light and a wonderful climate because of the cool air coming from the Mediterranean Sea.
