The exteriors of this amazing villa get to create an idyllic place for those who love the countryside and the tranquility. Enjoy the simple bird’s singing while having a tasty breakfast next to the pool and contemplating the landscape. The private salt pool has a size of 4.80*2.45 m and a depth of 1.2 to 1.6 m. In its surrounding you can sunbathe on the 4 sun loungers and make delicious outdoors barbecues. The privacy is absolute. The Mallorcan style construction has 2 floors. You are welcomed by a spacious living-dining room with TV, air conditioning and fireplace. Then you enter the kitchen, which is equipped with gas hob, oven and much more. Upstairs you have two bedrooms with wardrobe and a/c, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and space for a cot/cot. There are two bathrooms in the house, one is outside and has a shower and the other is on the first floor and has a bathtub. The laundry room offers washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house is located at only 1.7 km from Inca city, where you can find such a great variety of shops, supermarkets and traditional food restaurants. Obviously you cannot miss its market that takes place every Thursday in the center of the village. For those who love hiking, we do recommend you visiting Puig de Santa Magdalena or Monasterio de Lluc. And if you prefer going to the beach, the nearest one is Puerto de Alcúdia, at 27 km. The house is accessed via a narrow, unpaved road. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 2 cars.
