This house features a private, 9mx 3m chlorine pool with a depth between 1.1m and 2.1m and an exterior shower. Afternoons can be spent basking in the sun on one of the six sun loungers. There’s a furnished porch and a barbecue, perfect for family-dinners. This lovely cottage is private and there are direct neighbors. There is a large, rustic kitchen-dining room with AC, which can be accessed from the outside. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board. In addition, in this annex you will find a bathroom with shower. Inside the house you will find a living-dining room where you can eat together or watch a film on the satellite TV. The two bedrooms with double beds do not have wardrobes but chest of drawers. The third bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower serves the house. This wonderful home is near the city of Inca, where you'll find everything you may need for an independent stay, like shops and restaurants. In a Celler you can try home-made, typical Majorcan food. In the outskirts of Inca there's the Puig de Santa Magdalena, a rolling hill where you'll find a small chapel and a good restaurant. Furthermore, you can visit the monastery of Lluc, the shoe-museum of Inca and the caves of Campanet. If the beach is what you are searching for, you can go by car to the north coast and explore wonderful beaches as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Son Serra de Maria and Puerto de Alcúdia.
