There are another 2 bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of appliances, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, an American fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary utensils for a quiet and carefree stay. In the house we can find air conditioning in several rooms, a living room with television and a large lounge with furniture of the best quality. There are several terraces with outdoor dining areas, a built-in barbecue and a chill out room with views of the garden. Villa has a private swimming pool (heatable with a surcharge to 25-26 degrees) which is fully protected with shutter doors, perfect for keeping children safe and ideal for use in summer and winter. It also has parking spaces for up to 4 cars. This house is ideal for large families or groups of people looking for luxury and total privacy. Ingenio, is a very quiet village which helps you to disconnect and relax, but at the same time it is only a 30 minute drive from Maspalomas and Meloneras or from the capital.
