Bright duplex penthouse on the first line of Javea beach. The apartment has a capacity for 6 people and air conditioning (hot / cold) centralized in all rooms and free wifi. You will not spend any heat in summer or cold in winter. It has 2 rooms with double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds. It has 3 terraces, you can see sunrise and sunset from them, two of them have views of the sea and another to the mountain of Montgó and the end of San Antonio. Do not worry if you have your flight in the afternoon. Speak with us!. We will reserve that day free for you. You can take advantage of those last hours in the sun of Jávea!

It is very spacious, on the first floor has a large dining room with comfortable chairs and a table where you can eat 6 people comfortably, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make you feel at home, another small room with a table and a large terrace. On this floor there are 1 room with 2 single beds, another room with double bed and a bathroom.

On the upper floor there is a large double bedroom with complete bathroom insuite and a large terrace with sea views. Leaving the room you have another terrace with views of the Montgó mountain and the Cabo de San Antonio from where you can enjoy a spectacular sunset.

The urbanization "Jávea Mar" has direct access to the beach of Muntanyar I which is just 20 meters from the entrance and about 800 meters from the only sandy beach of Jávea, El Arenal beach. In the same Avenida del Mediterraneo you can find numerous restaurants of all kinds and only 700 m away a Mercadona supermarket where you can buy everything you need to enjoy a holiday in Jávea :)
