Description

A spacious family villa with all mod cons and great outdoor space, just steps away from everything you could need. Walk to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and the port and the old town. La Grava beach is just a 10 minute stroll. Arenal beach area is a 5 mimute drive or 30 min walk. Or just hop on the land train or bus that stop at the end of our road and be there in 10 to 20 minutes. There are numerous popular restaurants on the doorstep. Views of the Montgo, lighthouse and windmills. The villa features a light and airy open plan living space with kitchen, dining and office space. There are 6 bedrooms, 3 x double rooms, 2 x twin rooms with 2 x single beds in each and 1 x single room with 1 x single bed. The property features two full bathrooms. one has a bath with shower and the other has a walk in shower. The property has full air con throughout. The living space has double doors that open onto a large shaded Naya with dining table and lounge seating and overlooks the pool and garden. The pool is great for the little ones as it features a large shallow platform perfect for splashing in. There is plenty of outdoor seating, 6 sunbeds, swing chairs and a shaded day bed. There is also an outside shower. We also have a wooden play area with swings and slide, football goals and a tree house to keep the kids entertained. Our favourite feature is the summer house which overlooks the pool and garden, providing shade, lounge and bar seating and an outdoor kitchen BBQ area with gas plancha. Guest access. You will have access to the entire property and outside space. There is secure, private, off road parking for 3 cars. Other things to note The property is only suitable for families. We are unable to host large groups of adults because we have neighbours and are next to a small restaurant with outside seating.
