These modern semi-detached houses, each with two stylish apartments, offer a standout architectural design on the outskirts of La Escala. With a pool and plenty of space to relax under the sun, it's the perfect place to unwind. The interior is modern, with a well-coordinated color scheme and clean lines, providing a bright and airy living space. Located just 1.5 km from the beach and the picturesque "Els Riells" promenade, this property offers easy access to local attractions. La Escala, situated in the southern Bay of Roses in northeastern Catalonia, is known for its stunning natural beauty and lively atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities, including bicycle rentals, mini golf, tennis, and diving. The charming old town adds a cultural touch to the area.
