Welcome to this magnificent house located near the beaches of Calas de Mallorca, accommodating up to 9 people. It features a large swimming pool and ample relaxation areas. Situated on a 4000 m² plot, the house is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. The furnishings, amenities, and proximity to the beaches of Calas de Mallorca make it a perfect and well-equipped accommodation for an unforgettable vacation. The main house, with a living-dining room featuring a wood-burning stove and a large kitchen, has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a small, independent apartment accessed from the garden, consisting of 1 double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a small living room with a sofa and a TV. An additional shower room is located outside to serve the pool terrace. For the winter months, the house has central heating throughout – its use is optional and incurs an additional charge. The house's wonderful exterior is very spacious, with enough room for everyone to have their own favourite spot. The pool terrace offers a second kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a barbecue grill. This kitchen, along with the furnished porch, forms an ideal setting for comfortable daily living. The large 12m x 5m swimming pool is also ideal for young children, as it has a very shallow end. The terrace has nine sun loungers for relaxing in the sun. There is also a playhouse on a lawn under a tree, and a ping-pong table. The house is located just 4 km from the nearest sandy beaches. Places like Cales de Mallorca, Cala Domingos, and Cala Murada, with restaurants and supermarkets, are the same distance away.
