Resting peacefully within a natural environment, guests benefit from a 2.3m x 4.1m private chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.3m and 1.4m. Enjoy a lazy afternoon basking in the sun on one of the loungers or have lunch on the porch furnished for 6 people, overlooking the pool and the countryside. You will have access to the garden with fruit trees like plum and orange trees. It is a very idyllic place surrounded by meadows with sheeps. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors, so you'll enjoy your privacy. The rooms are distributed over one floor and 190m2. When entering, there's an ample and bright living-dining room with satellite-TV, stove and a dining table for 8 people. The spacious kitchen with gas hob, fireplace and cooking utensils has another dining table for 6. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed, fan and wardrobe - additionally, one has a bath with bathtub en-suite. The third bedroom comes with two twin beds, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. Another shower bathroom is available for the whole house. If you come with your baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair. The house offers a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. This nice house is located at the foot of the hill Puig e Randa. In Llucmajor, 4.5km from the house, you'll find supermarkets, restaurants and everything else you may need during your stay. The beautiful beach Es Trenc with crystal clear waters and fine white sand is 24 km from the house.
