Description
Spectacular luxury house of 520m2 on a plot of 1600m2 in Los Realejos, with capacity for up to 17 people.
Private pool that can be air-conditioned to 27ºC for an extra charge. Jacuzzi and sauna, pool table and table tennis table. High speed internet, also available in the garden/pool area.
The house, built in 1950 and renovated in 2009, was extended and completely renovated in summer 2015, with additional improvements in May 2020, combining traditional charm with modern and bright touches such as wooden floors and high quality stucco.
With a total area of 523 m2, all rooms are spacious. The main entrance leads to a modern, fully equipped kitchen with new and modern appliances such as a large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. There is also a well-equipped gym and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
A long corridor leads to the dining room of 18 m2 with a modern dining table and one of the spacious living rooms of 40 m2. This room has satellite TV and Netflix and is furnished with modern furniture, adding a contemporary touch. From this room there is access to a new bedroom with a double bed and a direct view of the garden. There is also a smaller area of 19 m2 with a pool table. Directly adjacent is a modern bathroom with shower and a further bedroom of almost 20 m2 with satellite TV, double bed, optional additional single bed and a spacious wardrobe, also with garden views.
The first floor can be reached via a wide wooden staircase, on which there are 4 large bedrooms. The master bedroom, 30 m2 in size, has a large double bed, 3 large wardrobes, a jewellery box and a mirror as well as satellite TV. From here there is direct access to the terrace, where there is a jacuzzi and a sauna that are always ready for use. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and another bedroom of 18 m2 with 2 single beds.
The next bedroom is a spacious family room, with a main room with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and another room with 2 single beds that can be used as a children's room or by adults, as there is an intermediate door. With a total size of 44 m2, this room offers enough space for everyone and a wonderful view of the garden.
In the spectacular garden there is a large pool measuring 5 x 10 metres (air conditioning is available for a fee). The subtropical garden is home to many species of birds and creates a charming atmosphere. There are lawns, a large terrace, tropical palm trees, birds and a variety of flowers.
The garage has space for two cars, and it can also be parked in front of the house.
On the upper floor of the house, a terrace offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Teide, the Orotava Valley and the vast Atlantic Ocean. For those who enjoy friendly competition, a table tennis table is also available.
