Apartment next to the historic center of Malaga Capital The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen open to a bright living room, and a large terrace where you can enjoy different leisure areas thanks to the barbecue and outdoor loungers that you can enjoy next to the dining area where celebrate your evenings The neighborhood is located next to the historic center, therefore, it is an old neighborhood with a wide variety of leisure areas, restaurants, local shops, etc. where you can walk and enjoy your stay in this area. It is located just 5 minutes from the Plaza de la Victoria, as well as the well-known Plaza de la Merced. The center of Malaga is well known for its variety of museums and its gastronomic offer, you can find a variety of quality restaurants in the area. Also, if you want to visit the famous Calle Larios or the Plaza de la Constitución, you will have it just 10 minutes away. And dropping down Calle Larios you will end up at Muelle Uno where you can see a variety of leisure activities, boats, and water activities. The closest beaches are the Malagueta beach and the Pedregalejo beach, the latter known for being a fishing district in the past. You cannot leave without visiting this area and the famous "Tintero" beach bar in Pedregalejo. The accommodation has Internet, air conditioning, and elevator in the building.
