The 244m2 2-storey house maintains its typical Majorcan rustic style, with hydraulic tiles, while including modern elements. It counts with 5 bedrooms: 3 in the main house and 2 in the attached house, which has access from the porch. One of the bedrooms in the main house has a double bed and 2 count with 2 individual beds (one with an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub). The 2 bedrooms in the attached house count with a double bed and air conditioning (one of them is situated on the first floor and counts with an en-suite bathroom with a shower). On request, there is a baby bed and a highchair available. There is one bathroom for general use, with a shower, on the first floor. The cozy living room counts with 3 sofas, air conditioning and satellite TV. There is a secondary living room with 2 sofas. The dining room is equipped with a large dining table and enough chairs. The independent dining kitchen works with a hob and counts with a fire place, a dish washer and all necessary utensils to prepare a wonderful meal. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. As María de la Salut is situated in the center, it is easy to reach any corner of the island easily and in a reasonable time.
