The open plan lounge with dining table has seating for all your guests is modern and fitted out to the highest standard.The area is cool and inviting and perfect to get out of the afternoon sun. The newly fitted fully equipped kitchen offers everything you could need. The kitchen door leads out onto the outdoor covered terrace with seating for all your group and looks out over the pool. The perfect place to chill out with a good book. Down a small set of stairs is a large outdoor dining table that is ideal for alfresco eating.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 – A large light and airy king bedroom. The bedroom has sufficient wardrobe space for the largest of suitcases and opens out onto the outdoor terrace
Bedroom 2 – This king bedroom has fitted wardrobes and shares a newly fitted bathroom with bedroom 1 next door.
Should it be required an additional single bed can be added into this room.
All Bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as Hand and Bath Towels. Guests receive a 'Linen Change' every 7 days, with a light 'Bathroom Clean'.
The large terrace with its 8m x 4m swimming pool is sunny and enclosed, perfect for those people that want privacy. It´s a great place to top up that tan as the ‘Pool Area’ enjoys hours of sun a day and is ideal for those that want to soak up those rays.At lunch you don’t have to move far from that sunbed. The large, covered terrace with a large gas BBQ is a great place to read a book and get out of the mid-day sun. Lunch can be served on the large outdoor table, poolside alfresco dining at its best and a great place to spend time with your family in the dappled light.The villa is approximately 100 metres above sea level with ocean views from the upper terrace and is set in mature gardens that surround the house.You will want for nothing in this beautiful fully equipped villa. It really has something for everybody and only 10 minutes away from Javea with its ´Blue Flag Beaches´, bars and restaurants. Perfect. Casa Sundial offers features which make it stand out from others; The impressive poolside terrace with gas BBQ with seating for 6 people is perfect for alfresco living, meaning you don´t have to move far when it´s time for lunch.Casa Sundial has been updated and renovated to a high standard by the current owners and boasts a ‘Large Lounge’ with an additional ‘Dining Table’ as well as & ‘Newly Fitted Kitchen’. There are 2 large king rooms (with an option for an additional single bed, if required) that share a ‘Beautiful Refitted Bathroom’ with shower & toilet.The fully enclosed gardens are perfectly safe and secure with, shaded areas under the trees, cactus and various potted plants. If walking is your thing then the Montgo national park offers a number of walks and trails that you and your group can enjoy. For the adventurous among you why not climb the Montgo mountain at 740m? The views really are breathtaking. The surrounding area has a number of restaurants & bars, a couple of supermarkets and has some of the most impressive view points along the coast.
