Holiday home furnished in casual Ibiza style with terrace just 80m from the wide sandy beach in Denia. Great pools under palm trees!
Casa Nautica is part of the Villa Riviera urbanisation, a private residence right next to the beach in Denia. It has 2 bedrooms, a sleeping alcove with 1 single bed, a small balcony and a smart bathroom with shower on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a further shower room, a spacious living room with open-plan kitchen and access to the terrace and private garden. The furnishings and decoration are in Ibiza style, the house is bright and airy. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room ensures pleasant temperatures. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for holiday cooking. Outside there is a spacious terrace with dining area and barbecue. An awning provides shade. The house is ideal for those who appreciate the beach, pool and a quiet, relaxed environment on holiday.
The Villa Riviera urbanisation consists of several attractive, individual white houses and spacious communal areas. These include the two large pools surrounded by lawns and palm trees, the tennis court, which everyone can use, and car parking spaces. A reserved car park belongs to the house.
There are several restaurants and shops nearby, all within walking distance. The beach is less than 5 minutes away!
Casa Nautica and its guests enjoy the private, relaxed and quiet atmosphere of the urbanisation.
Everything important can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The pools are really big and ideal for swimmers. The sandy beach right next to the house is fine, very wide and popular with water lovers of all ages. Walks on the beach are great whatever the weather!
