In the exterior you will find yourselves surrounded by fields and vegetation where the word quietness acquires its full meaning. You can sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or read a book under the thatch while melting with the environment. There, you will also find the marvellous furnished porch available for wonderful meals and barbecues outdoors, and from which you will be able also to revel in the views and the surroundings. The property is fenced and privacy is total. The 90 m2 accommodation is decorated with lot of charm. Inside you can rest in the rustic living room where you can enjoy the Smart TV by the wood stove for the coldest days. The dining room continues with such a unique style. The kitchen has gas hob and the basic equipment to cook during your stay. There is a double bed bedroom and a shower bathroom. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. Finally, you would like to know that the owner is committed to the environment and the house also features solar panels. The house is only 3.3 km away from Montuïri, an inland village where you find all basic services. It is a land of mills and farms and it counts with medieval vestiges as well as a deep traditional culture, that’s why it invites you to enjoy the traditional Majorcan cuisine at one of its restaurants. You will have an easy access to the whole island through the Ma-15 and the nearest beach is Sa Rápita, only 28.8 km away. But you will be in a centric area so you can enjoy many of the wonderful Majorcan beaches. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 21 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
