Fantastic house with private pool and garden very close to Palma de Mallorca and with direct road access to the Sierra de Tramuntana, with capacity for up to 6 people. Ideal for families and/or cyclists. Tourist licence number: ETV/16141 - CA'N ALONSO.

The main house has 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 single beds), two bathrooms, living-dining room and fully equipped kitchen.

In the outdoor area of the house, you can relax in the swimming pool and admire the beautiful views of the mountains and the garden surrounded by fruit trees. The pool, terrace, garden, 4 parking spaces in the same building, and a bathroom are located just in front of the house. It is a very quiet area, so you will be able to enjoy your stay in a fantastic place with complete tranquillity.

Swimming towels not included.

This beautiful estate is located in Establiments, just 5 km from the city of Palma de Mallorca, simply by taking a bus (stop 50 metres from the house) you can reach the city in about 10-15 minutes. In fact, it belongs to the municipal term of Palma, but it is a very quiet area next to the Sierra de Tramuntana. In Establiments, you will find shops, bars and restaurants very close by.

Rules:

** The rules in this property are very strict: parties are forbidden and be careful with noise, as this is a residential area, if these rules are breached, the entire deposit will be penalised.

It is completely forbidden to smoke inside the property, and failure to comply with the rule will result in a penalty.

Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa.

-Guests will be obliged to take charge of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the containers or established collection points before the end of their stay.

- Air conditioning and heating should be used responsibly, turning them off when not inside the villa

Reservation Conditions:

- Visitors must pay a deposit of 500.00 Euros before arrival, which will be returned upon departure. This property is recommended for families or groups seeking tranquillity; for groups under 30 years old, an additional deposit of 500€ will be required on top of the standard 500€ deposit.

- Cleaning Fee (£150) to be paid upon arrival.

- Tourist Tax: £2.20/adult/night to be paid in cash upon arrival.

*** According to the current law in the Balearic Islands, you will only find a replacement of basic necessary goods in the house. If you need anything, please ask in advance to your welcome host. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.
