Fantastic holiday apartment up to 4 people (ADULTS ONLY) with a shared pool just 5km from the center of Palma. Undoubtedly one of the best places for your vacations, whether for pure relaxation, home office, visiting the city or a business trip.
It is a fully equipped house with two double bedrooms (double beds with the option to separate them) and decorated with great taste and Mediterranean style. It overlooks a private patio with fruit trees. You will be able to enjoy all the comforts such as air conditioning, smart TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi included. It also has two kitchens (Kitchenette type) simple but well equipped with 2 Nespresso coffee machines, etc. Two bathrooms with shower with hairdryer in each.
There is a parking space for one car on the plot. Although private transportation is not required as the place is well connected by bus and taxi, it is a quiet neighborhood with several golf courses in the surroundings (Son Vida, Son Quint and Son Muntaner -> Set of 3 courses golf course known as Arabella Golf Resort).
The outdoor area has a beautiful garden with its saltwater pool (pool shared with the owner, who is charming and hardly uses the exteriors when the apartment is rented; pool allowed to use from 07:00 to 22:00) that invites you to relax after a long walk in the city or a busy working day.
The apartment is located in a residential area, neighborhood of Palma called Son Roqueta, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants and bars around. This accommodation is ideal for lovers of golf, trekking or cycling.
It is only 15 minutes from the airport by car. The city bus (stops 200m away) takes you to the city center every 8 minutes (duration 15 minutes). So you don't necessarily need a car. The neighborhood is frequented mainly by local people.
Check-in will be done remotely and a form will be sent in advance with all the documentation required by the authorities.

- ONLY ADULTS. Reservations are not allowed for groups of people under 25 years old.
-Smoking is totally prohibited inside the property, if you do not comply with the rule you will be penalized.
-Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the accommodation and also on the outside areas.
