This fabulous residential house offers a great private chlorine pool that sizes 7.5 x 4 metres and with a water depth ranging from 0.9 to 2 metres, so you can spend a nice time swimming despite being in town. You also have an exterior shower to wash off and then you can bask in the sun on the 3 sunloungers available. You can also enjoy a succulent meal alfresco at the terrace or the porch. From the street level they access the main floor of the house. Here you have a spacious, air-conditioned living room where you can watch satellite TV or listen to music.
