About the house Las Acacias is a charming house in the village of Petra, the heart of Mallorca, which has been lovingly restored. The U-shaped design of the three buildings and the surrounding gardens with small trees as well as lawns and terraces create a very private and peaceful atmosphere, yet in the heart of the town and within walking distance of all amenities. Las Acacias is an ideal place to spend holidays with groups of friends, families, corporate groups or golf enthusiasts. The house is also suitable for yoga and meditation. The house consists of a main house and two annexes each with two bedrooms with access to one of the terraces or a sunny balcony. The bright main house is decorated in a traditional but elegant way with lots of stone and wood details. It offers a kitchen, two living rooms and two dining rooms, one is formal and the other a beautiful wood and glass conservatory with wonderful views over the pool area and garden. There are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower each, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds. The bedroom on the first floor offers a perfect space for a relaxing yoga session and here there is a separate guest bathroom. In the first annexe there are two bedrooms each with en suite bathroom, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The second annexe also has two bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, both with twin beds. Outside The 8 x 4 m swimming pool is in the centre of the three buildings and has numerous sun loungers and dining table in the surrounding paved areas, as well as sun loungers that are ideally located on the shaded lawn. There are many other hidden nooks and crannies around the garden and property with seating furniture, sunny balconies and roof terraces. Or under the eaves there are magical hidden corners with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants where you can enjoy the peace and harmony of this house. The house does not have its own garage, but you can park in front of the house without any problem. Notes Sheets, towels for the use of the house, kitchen towels, water are included in the price. Heating costs and final cleaning are not included in the price. It is not allowed to organize parties with loud music and noise after 23.00 hours and groups of young people under 24 years old are not allowed. Location This beautiful house is located on the outskirts of Petra, which belongs to the Pla de Mallorca. You can visit the hill called Puig de Bonany, which has a monastery, from there you can enjoy the beautiful views of the countryside and some villages. Because it was populated by the Romans, the stone and the characteristics of this settlement still survive in this village. This is a great wine-growing region where wine is still produced using traditional techniques. Petra offers ideal routes for cyclists and hikers. The weekly market takes place every Wednesday in the Plaza Ramon Llull in Petra. The nearest golf courses are: Pula Golf (35 km), Club de Golf Son Servera (32 km) and Canyamel Golf Club (37 km). The nearest sandy beaches are: Son Serra de Marina (20 km virgin beach), Playa de Muro (23 km) Colonia de Sant Pere (25 km). If you prefer more privacy you can go to the coves such as "Na Clara" or "ca Camps" (the distance between them is 36 km and they are located in the urbanization of Betlem). The famous caves of Arta are 39 km away. The distance from Palma de Mallorca airport to the property is 51 km.
