House:
The house offers a large patio with several corners where you can enjoy the good weather on the island. Its salt pool, measuring 2.5x5.10m and with a maximum depth of 1.45m, is perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. You can sunbathe, prepare a delicious barbecue or have a drink while admiring the starry sky. You can enjoy the delicious meals sheltered under the fully furnished veranda. There is also an outside bathroom with shower. The house is located in a quiet street 200 metres from the square. The modern interior is fully equipped. On the ground floor there is a beautiful living room with Smart TV, air conditioning and a wood-burning stove, open to the dining kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob. The laundry room offers a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom with TV, air conditioning and a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate study. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a TV. Both also feature en-suite bathrooms with shower, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. The house is located in a very quiet village with public transport connections, a couple of bars and a pharmacy. For the rest of the basic services such as restaurants and supermarkets you will have to go to Montuïri (6km) or Algaida (4 km). The nearest beach is Arenal or es Trenc but you can drive to any of the beautiful beaches of the island. If you fancy a game of golf the nearest golf course is 16.8 km away, Golf Son Gual. There is a garage with space for one car which communicates with the courtyard of the house. Very suitable for bicycles. The house has 3 fireplaces but you can only make use of the one in the house at the back of the patio. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. There are parking space for 1 cars in the garage.
