The Villa is located in a very quiet rural area with beautiful landscapes at 5 km from Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia as well as all its beaches and services. The nearest beach is LLenaire in Puerto Pollensa at 3,5 kms. Spacious and well kept gardens (1200 mts of lawn) in which there is a fantastic 4x12 mts swimming pool which is perfect for practising laps. Semi-integrated with the pool there is a 4 square metre Jacuzzi with a double line of jets, as well as 8 sunbeds and a parasol.
