This country house is beautifully and quietly situated in the middle of a 7,000 m2 estate in the Marina area, close to Golf Pollensa, between Pollensa and Port de Pollença/Alcudia. It is only a few minutes' drive to the pretty town of Pollensa, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, and the beach and harbour of Port de Pollença are within easy reach by car. There are other beautiful beaches in the north of the island such as Cala Molins, Port de Pollensa, the special beach of Formentor or Playa de Muro. This typical natural stone villa is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden and has marvellous views of the rural surroundings.
