Finca Belleza sits high on a hill overlooking the breathtaking Vall de Colonya in Pollensa.
The views are truly spectacular and the tranquility is felt all around.
The villa offers accommodation of a high standard which is noted on entering the house. From the large entrance steps lead down to a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, equally the entrance leads on to the spacious living room which is traditional in design. Large comfortable sofas surround the seating area with TV, DVD and WiFi internet connection. Steps lead up to the formal dining area with sufficient seating for all.
On from the dining area steps lead up to the large country style kitchen which is very well equipped, offering an informal dining area and access to the outside terraces.
On the second floor there are 2 large bedrooms which both have en suite bathrooms with shower. The bedrooms and bathrooms are generous in size.
On the third floor is a private suite. This is “La Torre” and has a whole floor dedicated to the bathroom with large shower unit, his and her wash basins and a sunken bath. From here steps lead to the bedroom which has an enormous bed, separate WC and amazing views over the countryside. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and TVs.

Outside the villa offers large terraces, a covered dining terrace with family size barbecue and grassed areas. The swimming pool is built into the rock face and therefore the rock forms part of the pool. There are sun loungers for all guests and a chill out area with spectacular views over the valley.
