Built over three floors, the villa was completed to the highest possible standards in 2017 and sleeps 7 guests.

Starting on the lower level of this stunning holiday villa there is a parking area for several cars. From here a lift takes you up into the house - huge wow factor - and ideal for guests who are less mobile. The lift gives access to all floors of the villa.

On the first floor, the holiday villa in Pollensa has a beautifully sunny living room with super comfortable designer furniture and impressive artwork

The living room opens out onto a sun-drenched terrace and an impressive infinity pool, 15.5 by 2.5 metres. The pool can be heated (additional cost applies) The pool has a glass side which overlooks the garage area.

Outside there is a stylish, comfortable seating area/chill out space and outdoor dining area where you can enjoy long, relaxing lunches and dinners cooked on the state-of-the-art gas barbecue. Also on this floor there is an indoor dining area which seats eight.

The designer kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything you could possibly need.

In addition there is a single bedroom and a bathroom on this floor which is ideal for kids, a nanny or private chef

On the top floor there is one double bedroom (160cm bed) with ensuite bathroom, one twin room, with ensuite bathroom and a master suite (180cm bed) with ensuite bathroom. The beds are by Zanotta guaranteed to offer a totally relaxing night´s sleep. There are several more terraces on this level with great views across Pollensa bay.
