Chalet Siquier is an exceptional addition to our collection, located in a privileged setting on the hills, a short distance from the historic city of Pollença. This elegant property combines spaciousness, comfort, and design, offering an ideal space to enjoy unforgettable holidays.

Inside, the chalet has five spacious bedrooms, centralized air conditioning, and WiFi connection throughout the property. The living room, with generous dimensions, extends almost the entire length of the house and connects with the terrace and gardens, creating a bright and open space.

The villa boasts a large private Roman-style swimming pool, with dimensions of 9 x 4 meters and a depth varying between 1.10 and 2.10 meters, surrounded by a paved terrace with sun loungers for relaxing and a lush garden. The covered terrace is the perfect setting to enjoy long nights, outdoor dinners, and spectacular views of the Mallorcan landscape. The stone barbecue area adds a special touch for outdoor cooking enthusiasts.

On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen with all necessary services. On this same floor, there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed and private bathroom. It also has a second full bathroom. On the first floor, there is another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two bedrooms with single beds offering excellent views of the mountains and the city. On this floor, there is also a family bathroom.

To ensure your comfort, all the bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning (cooling/heating), available for use at any time of the day or night.

The chalet also has a music player and a ping-pong table. From the pool and terrace, you can enjoy impressive views of the mountain and Pollença bay. Chalet Siquier is located in a quiet area, yet very close to the town and beach, offering the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience.

To make the most of your stay and explore the island's charms, car use is recommended. Puerto Pollença beach is just five minutes by car, while Cala Sant Vicenç is ten minutes away. The nearest grocery store and Pollença centre are both five minutes by car.

In Pollença, you'll find shops, a cultural centre, Pollença market, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present in this historic city. Enjoy the atmosphere in the afternoon and participate in its activities. On Sundays, there is a local farmers' market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits, and spices abound.

Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing under the sun or, for the more active, enjoying water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, or jet skiing.

In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala, as locals know it), there is a small supermarket, several small restaurants offering a variety of gastronomic experiences, and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal-clear waters.

For each confirmed booking, a guide with information about the local area and recommendations to help you enjoy your holidays to the fullest is provided.

Cleaning service, pool towels, and a welcome basket are provided free of charge with each booking. The tourist tax is included in the online price.

This chalet is equipped to accommodate babies. It has two cribs and two high chairs, available at no additional cost. More can be placed upon request.

Chalet Siquier is a child-friendly chalet, as a fence can be installed around the pool. The extra charge for the fence upon request is €69. This covers the cost of installation and removal of the fence.
