Description
Sa Tapia is a rustic finca located in an unbeatable setting on the outskirts of Porreres. It has 4 rooms that comprotably accommodate up to 9 people and 3 full bathrooms (one of them exterior). The house made of Mallorcan stone has several terraces, barbecue and a spectacular swimming pool from which to relax in the midst of nature and the green fields that surround it. It has beautiful views of the Santuari de Monti-Sion, to which you can make an excursion of approximately 1 hour from the house.

On the ground floor you will find an interior dining room, a spacious living room with satellite TV, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower tray and the fully equipped kitchen with: oven; glass ceramic; gas stove; microwave and large fireplace; in addition to all the necessary utensils to prepare large meals to enjoy with the family.

Outside, you will enjoy the saltwater pool, which ranges in height from 1.10m to 1.65m, surrounded by a garden and plenty of sunbeds for sunbathing and a large dining table with views of the mountains and the blue Mediterranean sky or have dinner under the stars. Also on the lower floor, an outside bathroom with a shower tray and a room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The upper floor has a children's bedroom with 3 single beds, a sitting room, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with a large bathtub.
In all the property you can enjoy free WIFI.
If you visit us with the little ones we offer cots and high chairs for them for free.
The house has sheets and towels for everyone.

Porreres is located in Pla de Mallorca, in the center of the island, characterized by large fields and unobstructed views towards the mountains. You can drive the roads and in no time you will be anywhere on the island. On Tuesdays, you will enjoy the village market, which is 2 kilometers from the house and where you will find local products such as sobrasadas, fruits and vegetables. Porreres has several vineyards and there you will find the Jaume Mesquida wineries. The typical gastronomy is made up of apricots, almonds and honey.
