The apartment with incredible sea views and terrace is an old apartment that has not been renovated but its incredible location and terraces with sea views make up for it and are worth it.It has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, condiments...), a spacious and bright living room, 2 bathrooms (1 with a shower) and 3 bedrooms:-1: Bedroom with double bed.-2: Bedroom with double bed.-3: Bedroom with two single beds.IMPORTANT. For reservations from BOOKING and VRBO: The client must pay 30% of the total reservation in advance through a completely secure payment link or by bank transfer, the rest will be paid on the day of arrival or 10 days before.Check-in and check-out is flexible, as long as there are no other reservations, in that case, check-in must be at 2:00 p.m. and check-out at 10:00 a.m.-As you know, in some areas there is a mandatory tax called ecotasa, used by public agencies for the preservation of the environment.
