House:
The exterior of the house is wonderful. It has a terrace at the front, 20 m2, with a table for 4 people, also at the back of the house has a beautiful and quiet lawn garden of about 35m2 with a parasol and two sun loungers, a barbecue and a table for 6 people to enjoy summer dinners outdoors. The townhouse located on a ground floor of 105m2 and with no neighbours above, is ideal for couples with children. In the living room there is an AC and a comfortable 6-seater sofa where you can relax, watch TV, read a good book or take a nap. The separate kitchen has everything you need to cook during your holiday; a toaster, coffee machine, gas oven, gas cooker and fridge with freezer. Of course there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has three bedrooms with AC. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, one has two single beds and the third has two single beds in the form of a bunk bed. There is a bathroom with a bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair. The location of the flat is perfect as everything you need is within walking distance; plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, a taxi rank, a medical centre and a bus stop. The bus runs every 15 minutes in the direction of Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença or other directions such as Palma. In Puerto de Alcúdia there are all kinds of restaurants, leisure activities and shops. The nearest large supermarket is on the road from the village of Alcúdia to Can Picafort, near a petrol station about 300m from the house. The old town of Alcúdia, with its cobbled streets, is worth a visit; its squares, the church and the walls surrounding the town. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcúdia and the town is transformed into a bustling and lively place. Don't forget to visit the Roman ruins, highly recommended. By car or bus you can easily reach other areas such as Playa de Muro, Ca'n Picafort, Playa de Formentor or Puerto de Pollença. Cala de San Vicente is also worth a visit. The village of Pollença and its small church on the top of the hill (Calvari) can be a good option for a half-day excursion. To climb the Calvari you have to climb a staircase with 365 steps, but the views are well worth it! Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 1 cars. - Sehr nahe am Strand, man muss aber auch die Straße beachten - Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, Ich hatte das Problem, dass die Pfannen zerkratzt waren, Ich bat um neue wegen der Kinder, Sie haben schließlich eine neue Pfanne und einen Topf für uns gekauft! - Die Kinder haben den Knopf in der Toilette herausgezogen und irgendwo versteckt, wir haben dem Homerti Team Bescheid gegeben und die Besitzer haben einen neuen Knopf gekauft,

The place we stayed was incredibly tidy and equipped with everything we required - silverware, towels, fresh bed linens, beach umbrellas and other beach equipment, It's extremely cozy to stay here, You won't hear the street noise if the windows are shut, by the way, I think charging for AC 20 Eur per day is a fair option - because it stops people from abusing the electricity,
