House:
In this charming house you will be able to enjoy the tranquillity of a residential area and at the same time be in one of the most important tourist centres of Mallorca. Outside you will enjoy a fantastic above ground swimming pool of 3 x 1.7m and a constant depth of 1.20m. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can comfortably sunbathe or gaze at the stars in the Majorcan sky. The porch right next to the terrace has a table for six people to eat and dine outdoors and enjoy the meats and vegetables you have made on the barbecue. The plot is fenced and has adjacent neighbours. The house has 118m2 and is distributed over three floors. From the terrace we access the living-dining room area on the ground floor. It is bright and contemporary and has two comfortable sofas to enjoy the satellite TV and a dining table for 6 people. It is air-conditioned so you can cool off on hotter days. The kitchen is independent, with ceramic hob, and the necessary utensils to cook with total comfort. There is also a toilet on this floor. At the top of the stairs we find two bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Another bathroom with shower serves the rest of the floor. The third bedroom is on the first floor. Like the other two, it has plenty of light and follows the contemporary style of the whole house. This bedroom has a wardrobe, two single beds and two comfortable sofas where you can read a book in the peace and quiet of the room or watch TV, and air conditioning. It has access to a terrace of about 12 m2. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a highchair and a cot in case you travel with a baby. Puerto de Alcudia is an incredible holiday destination where you can enjoy long walks along its white sandy beach and crystal clear waters, water sports, shops, restaurants and much more. It has all the necessary services for an independent stay. Nearby you will find the old town of Alcudia, extraordinarily beautiful with Roman ruins where you can not miss the market that takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays. You can also visit the ancient Roman city of Pollentia, or go to other coves like Mal Pas or La Victoria. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed.
