Located on the ground floor of a family and cosy residential, this accommodation offers a great furnished terrace where you can relax while enjoying a succulent breakfast or preparing a delicious barbecue. Take for granted that those who love cooking alfresco will enjoy the grilled vegetables with the best company of a glass of wine!! Always, however, after a fantastic day at the beach, that you can reach just taking a little walk. Inside, you are going to find the pure Mallorcan style all around the 45 m2. The cosy air-conditioned sitting room will meet you. It offers a TV-set and DVD and CD players so that you can spend a while resting and entertained. You will find the simple kitchen right here, and it is equipped with a ceramic hob. This room leads to the glazed dining area, with direct access to the terrace, so that you can enjoy your dishes inside if you prefer. There is one bedroom with two twin beds to rest, as well as a closet and space for a cot if you are travelling with your baby. Finally, there is the shower bathroom where you will also find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. Port of Pollensa is an incomparable place where you will breathe the authentic essence of the island thanks to the people living here and the natural environment. You will find all needed services apart from worth visit spots like the chapel of the so called "Calvari", in the town of Pollensa. You just have to climb 365 steps to reach it, each of them corresponding to every day of the year. As it is also really near the Tramuntana mountain range, it is perfect for hiking or biking around. The beach of Port of Pollensa is the nearest one, about 400 metres away, but we also recommend the paradisaical Cala Sant Vicens among many others in the area. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. The flat was incredibly near to the beach, yet in a serene area which was highly comforting, The kitchenette was compact, yet excellently equipped and we also appreciated the additional items left like a welcome kit and beach umbrella,
