The impressive Chalet Cala Murta (CASA BITACOLA -ETV/8219) is located within walking distance of Porto Cristo, a pretty coastal town with lively restaurants, bars and shops. It is also just a short drive from the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy in Manacor. The house itself is situated in a quiet and upmarket residential area, nestled between the Sa Torre del Falcons tower, where you can enjoy sea cliff views, and Cala Murta, a stunning swimming spot. Large terrace on the top floor with panoramic views of the sea and surroundings, ideal for stargazing. The villa shares a large swimming pool (12x4m) with a twin villa on a private plot. This is undoubtedly an ideal home for a fantastic family holiday. At 20 minutes walking distance to the beach of Porto Cristo and the lively village with its restaurants and bars. Very quiet residential area. Tourist tax not included +2 €/night per adult (from 16 years old). We do not accept bookings from holidaymakers looking for a party house. This is a quiet residential area, ideal for families or groups of adults. In the swimming pool area (12x4m) there is a porch area with sunbeds for sunbathing, as well as an area with an outdoor table. Large garden with different spaces. On the property there are two villas sharing the outdoor area and pool; the attached villa is not always occupied. Smoking is not permitted on the premises. No bachelor parties are allowed. Heating is NOT included, it is optional and available at an additional cost. Please consult us before booking. There are two ways to book. With easy access to the nearby beaches of Cala Mandia and Cala Anguila, awarded with blue flag for their white sand and transparent waters. Close to the unspoilt beaches of the east of Mallorca. With easy access to a wide range of complementary offers, such as restaurants, golf, tennis, horse riding, diving, surfing, boat excursions, etc.
