This fantastic first floor apartment (no lift available) is located within a family apartment complex. The private terrace is the perfect place for your breakfast, accompanied by the beautiful to the pine grove in front, or to have lunch or dinner alfresco after spending a great day amidst crystal-clear waters. You will see the see once you go outside to the streets and reach the sand in juts 80 metres! Inside the apartment you find a spacious, modern and beautiful room with AC combining the living - dining room and the kitchen. Here, you can cook your best dishes on the ceramic hob and eat all together or relax on the sofa whilst watching the satellite TV. There are two bedrooms, with a closet and AC each.
