Description
The country house "Pine Tree House Espiga" located close to Porto Colom and Cala D'or in Mallorca, is an example of traditional Mallorcan architecture. It spans two floors and a guest house and offers a variety of amenities and outdoor lounging spaces.

On the ground floor, there is a luxurious en-suite bedroom. This bedroom features a spacious dressing room and a bathroom with an inviting bathtub equipped with a whirlpool function. Here, you can relax and unwind. The ground floor of the house also houses a large kitchen with isle. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The living and dining area on the ground floor is spacious and offers views of the garden and pool. Here, guests can relax and enjoy social evenings.

Upstairs, the holiday home has a total of four bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds and each has its own bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom offers two single beds and has a separate bathroom with a shower located directly next to the room. These bedrooms provide privacy and comfort for all guests. The fact that each bedroom has a private bathroom makes this house very special and demand to guests, because there is no need to share bathrooms or even exit their room. Only one bedroom doesn't have a bathroom en-suite but their private bathroom is adjacent to the room.

The outdoor area of the holiday home is a highlight. There is a spacious terrace with a dining area and an outdoor grill, perfect for cooking and enjoying cozy barbecue evenings. A private pool invites you to swim and cool off, while sun loungers, umbrellas and comfortable lounge area are available for use. The garden is lovingly landscaped and offers a green oasis of tranquility. Additionally, there is a separate outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals under the open sky.

In addition to all these features, the holiday home has an additional guest house, which allocates one bedroom with a bathroom en-suite, providing extra space for guests. This guest house can be used as a retreat or to ensure additional privacy. All bedroom are equipped with air conditioning. There is no air conditioning in the living room. Due to the covered terrace and the think walls of the house, this area tends to not heat up easily. The swimming pool is divided in two areas, a small area for kids with a maximum depth of 60 cm and an exceptional large pool for the good swimmers.
The villa offers central heating during the colder seasons of the year, guests are advised that extra charges apply for this optional service.

What is in the villa?
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels can be provided for guests with an additional charge. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
