Location Leon is located in Porto Colom, a fishing port where is still possible to see the fishermen repairing the nets on the dock. About 800m. away from the house there is supermarket, a few local shops, a bank, a chemist and approx. 1.5km. away is the harbour; a charming place to enjoy walks by the sea. In this area there are superb sea front restaurants and cafeterias. This locality offer several sandy coves, Cala Marçal approx. 3 minutes drive and S’Arenal within 10 minutes drive. During the summer season you can practice water sports such as diving, sailing, canoeing or rent a bike to discover the charming corners of Porto Colom. The golf course "Vall Dor Golf" is approx. 3 km. away and the tourist resort Cala D'Or with a wide variety of shops restaurants and its beautiful marina is 8km. away. The villa Leon is an ideal villa for families or small groups. The villa offers pipe music, central heating in all the house and air conditioning in the bedrooms. From the hall there is access to a comfortable living room with patio doors opening to the covered terrace and pool area. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and counts with a dining table.
