The Mondrago nature reserve is a 10-minute drive away with its beautiful sandy bays, which are ideal for swimming and various long walks. The lively tourist resort of Cala D'Or with various sandy bays, an almost inexhaustible choice of restaurants and the marina is 5 minutes away by car. In Cala D'Or there are opportunities for various water sports or to discover the beautiful south-east coast of Mallorca on a glass-bottom boat trip. Golfers can indulge in their hobby on the Vall D'Or golf course, which is only 15 minutes away by car. Verdal is a beautiful newly built country house in a rustic style. To the rear of the house is the sun terrace and pool. A brick-built barbecue with dining table provide the perfect place to enjoy al fresco meals with fabulous views. The large pool (10.5 m x 5 m, depth min. 1.25 m, max. 1.80 m) with brick steps is the ideal place to relax on those long hot summer days. The entire property is fenced in with traditional natural stone walls and has a lockable access gate.
