The exteriors of this property are a true marvel. There you will find an extensive garden that will be ideal for the little ones to play and have fun. They will be able to sunbathe on the sun loungers available or take a refreshing dip in the salt pool, which measures 8mx4.5m and is 1.6m deep. The outdoor dining area will be the perfect place to extend your evenings after a tasty barbecue or a drink in the company of your loved ones. Being a villa in a residential area on the outskirts, privacy is total. The two-storey house is prepared to offer you the comfort you deserve. On the ground floor you will find a spacious and bright living-dining room equipped with AC and Smart TV where you will be able to gather all together. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. On this floor you will also find two bedrooms with AC and two single beds. One has access to the terrace and the other has an en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage shower. A second bathroom with shower completes this floor. On the upper floor, there is a second living room with AC and TV and two more bedrooms with two single beds, both with AC and exit to the balcony. A bathroom with shower serves this floor where you will also find another terrace, ideal for sunbathing. You will be able to use the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair. The property is located in Crestatx, a small urbanization on the island of Mallorca, in the region of Pollença. It is located in a rural area, surrounded by mountains and fields of olive and almond trees. Crestatx is known for its proximity to some of the most popular tourist spots on the island, such as the beaches of Alcudia and the town of Pollença. You can explore the coast, practice water sports or visit the local markets such as the Sa Pobla market, which is held every Sunday and where you can find a wide variety of local products or taste the delicious gastronomy of the region. If you enjoy hiking, we encourage you to explore the Tramuntana mountain range and visit some of the stunning viewpoints along the way. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
